Cartagena, Colombia in June 2017 was the first ARNA Conference in South America and for the 1st Global Assembly for Knowledge Democracy. This conference was jointly organized by ARNA and the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UNAL). Three websites were available for conference and Global Assembly information: This website (the full ARNA-Cartagena gathering), the UNAL-ARNA Conference website, and the Global Assembly for Knowledge Democracy website.
